Our Story
Born from the gap between potential and performance.
Houseng was founded in Istanbul with a simple observation: independent hospitality businesses — serviced apartments, boutique hotels, apart-hotels — were consistently underperforming their potential. Not for lack of quality, but for lack of the right infrastructure.
Distribution was fragmented. Revenue management was reactive. Operations were stretched thin. The tools existed, but they were designed for large chains, not independent operators.
We built Houseng to close that gap. Six models, one platform, one partner — adapted to where each property is today and where it wants to go.
